We purchased a trailer in July. We purchased the shield warranty and were asked to book a date for it to be applied. We wanted to push it to the fall. Now no one will return our calls, I believe we have called at least 5 times. I completely regret using this dealership. Their customer service is appalling. We had to go into the dealership twice to finally book our trailer in to be detailed . The first time we were told it was not needed this year. Upon returning a second time we were told yes it should be done this year. It won't be done until December now. If we had not pushed we would be paying for nothing.

We have been into Travelhome RV a handful of times over the last 3-4 months. We have never once been greeted or helped, but left to wander the lot completely unattended to. We had a sales person acknowledge us once, saying that she was very busy but gave us her card. When she asked what we were looking for she laughed and stated \all of those are long gone\. This was particularly frustrating because the website had not been updated in weeks and showed tons of inventory. We understand that the Pandemic has made inventory scarce but the very poor customer service we have received each visit will have us purchasing elsewhere when inventory is more readily available.

I did give this place five stars but have recently decided to change my review. The good points were that our sales representative was great. Since purchasing, trying to get a hold of anyone from the finance department is impossible. I find it extremely rude that they do not call back even after multiple messages stating that it is urgent. We even tried to get through to the service department and same thing. No call back. It got to a point where we had to get our sales person to get them to call us. Be aware of all the coverages you pay for. You may be paying twice for road side coverage. I am not happy. If it was easy to take our trailer back we would.
