Overall, my service was just average. AVOID this place if you can. Wouldn't have bothered to leave a review but I just found out that they OVERCHARGED for all of their vaccines. Some by more than 50%. No wonder they don't file insurance for you. To give you an idea of the magnitude, my drug coverage is 90% of what is allowed by the province but now, I'm paying 400 out of pocket. Another slight annoyance was that the receptionist barged into the room, without knocking when I was getting my injection with the nurse and I had taken off my top. If you can, find a travel clinic that will file an insurance claim for you directly with or call and ask for a price sheet so you know exactly what your insurance will cover. Knowing the percentage of what your insurance company will cover is not enough.

Unprofessional, discourteous, and disrespectful. I understand that specialists have long wait times, but for a private clinic that does not take OHIP billings, being seen 2.5 hours after a scheduled appointment is simply not acceptable especially in a waiting room with inadequate seating space. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle by doing your research ahead of time and seeing your family doctor for scripts and vaccinations. After concluding my business and leaving the clinic I was contacted as the nurse working reception had neglected to charge me some service fees. Instead of approaching this collection of these fees in a manner befitting medical professionals, the nurse and clinic manager proceeded to harrass both myself and my partner (who also had an appointment). This involved calling us a collective amount of 15 times in the period of 48 hours after the appointment and demanding credit card payments over the phone. The manager admitted no fault of her own, including leaving an untrained member of staff to deal with the collection of medical records, clinic billing, and contacting patients. I await a written apology accompanying the agreed upon bill.

Do not come here! Other clinics offering identical services are MUCH cheaper and more transparent. The manager Victoria and staff withhold information from customers to maximize consultation fees (60!) that are only revealed once at the clinic. I booked an appointment at another clinic with a quick google search for 25 as soon as I saw the fine print. Overall - poor customer service, uncompromising management *cough* Victoria *cough*, and exploitative consultation fees.

I travel VERY frequently to the Developing World for work and come to this clinic EVERY time. They are so thorough and always teach me something new. Parham is amazing and the nurse who did my blood work was so gentle. Almost didn’t even feel it!
