I have been going there for about 4 years now. Dr. Dautey is so genuine in her approach. Sometimes you find doctors who aren't friendly or even dismissive, but she is so far from that. She is a great communicator, she is empathetic, a great listener and personable. I trust her as my doctor.

I wonder what is considered a major issue and a minor issue.It is relative to the patient isn't it? How inconvenient is it to help someone with 2 major issues? Isnt that something that should be worthy of attention? I think when persons wait approx 2 hours ,even with an appointment, they want to get all their issues addressed in order to avoid coming back repeatedly. I love my family doctor,I think SHE is great but I am hardly able to access her around my schedule,leaving me to be assisted by others who are...... Reception is no issue for me they are usually nice unlike feedback expressed by other persons.That sign telling persons to limit their issues tries to dictate ailments out of a patients control. How is this justified? After waiting an hour or more in the reception area,you are sent in a numbered room for over another half an hour wait.You are then given 5 mins of attention and quickly ushered out (my family doc excluded).Yet after all that waiting and inability to complain..please ensure your medical issue is convenient. Smh.

Dr. Dautey is the first physician I have ever really felt comfortable with. She sees me as a person and not just something to treat. She has the best bed side manner of any doctor I've ever been to and genuinely cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and attentive and actually takes the time to listen to you. I highly recommend you see for yourself how AMAZING Dr. Dautey and her staff are.

This is the best family medical clinic I recommend to anyone in total Ontario, distance can never be a barier the services worth coming back. Always willing listening, very empathetic, and never discriminate they welcome with love, and give best services you can ever wanted. Dr Makinde's are my first family doctor and I never had any reason to leave they are perfect in their resolution for me and my family. The staff's are incredible and doctors are exceptional. Trust me, you cannever get any best doctor than what you will get here.

I have been seeing Dr. O. A. Makinde for several years now. I use to live near the clinic, but moved to Kitchener almost 5 years ago. I have not found a better family doctor near me, so I continue to make the long drive back to Brampton just to see her. The staff, including doctors, are mostly women, and I feel extremely comfortable whenever I'm there. She always takes the time to ask how I'm doing and reassure me of any issues I may be having. If you are a woman of color especially, I highly recommend this clinic. You will be seen and heard and receive an excellent level of care!
