I've been having my Ford vehicles serviced at AM Ford in Trail for 10 years now. Mark and Dave have always provided friendly and excellent service. It's a bit farther to drive for me but its certainly worth the drive. I have found all their staff to be extremely respectful and helpful.
They sell a great product, the F150. But I feel everything was marked up substantially, from accessories to winter rims. I will unlikely continue to use am ford for any future work outside of warranty on my truck. It seems everything is very marked up in price. I should have know better as I could have saved myself hundreds of dollars by shopping around. Live and learn.
Comically sleazy. They tried to sell me a dilapidated truck using high pressure sales tactics and lying about vehicles history. Firstly saying it was only registered in BC while it had spent most of its life in the USA, Then tried to use the tread on the tires as proof it was mechanically sound. On my test drive I found the 4x4 system was not engaging, brakes were spongy and found that engine codes were recently cleared. Pays to do your research. Not scamming me.
If anyone is looking for a Ford I highly recommend Logan M as a sales person. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you for your time Logan
