I always go to Trade Secrets Square One and one time, the product that I'm looking for was out of stock then the lady told me that Erin Mills location has it. I went to Erin Mills the day after and shocked to see the same lady there!!! She's so helpful and catered to all my needs. She also gave me some tips about my hair. She even made a special order for the other product that I'm looking for. She's so nice! I love her! Will always love Trade Secrets! Especially Square One and Erin Mills! Forgot to get the name of the lady but I always see her at Square One.

My daughter came to see Celina to cut bangs in her all one length hair. She had done a correction colour successfully before so I felt bangs are pretty straight forward. She brought her photo with her so that's pretty easy or so I thought. I had to leave to pick up my son from school so I pre paid even gave a 10 tip in advance so 50 for bangs When I came back my daughter was waiting out front of the mall in tears about her hair. I immediately went back in to get my money back and complain. The manager was very apologetic she could clearly see that this was the worst hair cut I think I could have done better. She also cut into the sides too far. Celina then told me that this is what my daughter asked for and that I shouldn't have left her and that it wasn't her fault they were too short. I did loose my temper and yes obscenities flew come on seriously was crooked and thick just a bonus. I now have a 14yr old girl in tears not wanting to go to school and absolutely no ownership or apology from Celina. I don't know how she could have let her leave like this? She now has to take another Day off school to try to find someone to fix this butcher job

Just got my eyebrows threaded. Looked in the mirror to see the top half of my right eyebrow was almost completely gone. When I showed the lady she said "No I went with your shape". UNBELIEVABLE. This is the stuff you see in movies. She still had me pay full price (not that 16 off could possibly make up for losing half an eyebrow) and I'm not ever going there again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Nice place and crew. I went in to ask about nose piercings and ended up getting it along with a cartilage one!! The girl who did it has a very nice touch, light hand, very clean and professional. She has a few piercings of her own, so even the look makes her perfect for the job. They're healing really well, I'm very pleased with the service. thank you so much.

Been going here for years to get my eyebrows done and occasionally my hair which I stopped when they got hair dye all over my forehead. Service really varies as well as quality depending on the staff. Prices are expensive, 15. 82 for eyebrows which comes with free upper lip. Also the buy 9 get 10th free is just for eyebrows so if you get upper lip done you have to pay 9. Honestly feel like the store doesn't care about its customers just money.
