We have used Total Tech Pools for 2 years for the pool at the house we rented. Since the servicing was all new to us they were great at explaining how the different components worked and what to watch out for. Best item was the auto pool cleaner - hallelujah! The staff were always polite and attentive and it was an easy in and out process. This year they put protocols into place for keeping things moving quick and easy for the customers - much appreciated. We are now in the design phase for a pool for our new house! WOOHOO!

Used Total Tech for years ... they have been very good. This year they opened our pool - then closed it - but left 14 grommets (on our safety cover) unhooked, because they were \siezed\. I understand that a company can not have their employees spend hours messing around with this. However, I was able to release all 14, with a socket wrench, and asked if they could reduce my bill of 377.25. I asked for a refund of 100 refund (twice), to remain a loyal customer, and was refused. Apparently they are doing just fine without us.

Do NOT use Total Tech Pools. Where do I even start? When they first arrived to close my pool, he didn't even identify himself . As soon as I opened the door he just told me to move my car off the driveway. Pretty rude, but frankly not the biggest deal for me. Just a testament to poor customer service. With regards to actually closing my pool - they didn't even complete the task due to \dirty grommets\ that should have been capped off to prevent any build up. Total Tech OPENED our pool and should have capped them off when doing so. The kid told me to call the company to schedule a service in order to have the closing completed... another 200. Sneaky way to price gouge, if you ask me. Side note - a few weeks after Total Tech opened the pool, we had Jameson Pools come do a service/cleaning because the pool was green and the chemicals were way off balance. The Jameson Service Rep (super friendly and informative, by the way) told me that whoever opened our pool did a terrible job and went into detail as to what they did wrong. I should have known right then to not trust them with the closing, but I went against my better judgement and booked them to close anyway because they were cheaper - big mistake! Now I'm stuck paying additional to complete the closing of my pool but since I have no choice, I'd rather go to any other company than give these guys more business. Never again.

2020 09 26 - Friendly young staff, very polite and welling to help all the time. They have all the things needed for my pool free ice cream. Convienent and close by but I find some stuffs are slightly more pricey.
