Nice glasses but terrible experience. I made an appointment to try on frames thinking it was one customer per half hour (this is what competitors are doing) and discovered there were at least 3-4 other customers booked that time and 3 staff in a tiny store. I was uncomfortable and left.

Really nice range of glasses that all are fairly in style. I believe most styles are gender neutral which I like. Excellent prices too. I was very pleased with the customer service. Because all their glasses were on display I preferred to browse on my own with my partner until I found one I liked, which the sales associates respected. I went in on a very busy day but I still had a sales associate help me once I made my decision. I ended up going with the Townsends, which are one of the more expensive pairs at 225 (includes lenses and everything) but I just loved them, very delicate and subtle. It was only 3 days from when I went in to when I got the email that they were ready to be picked up which was a fast turn around, especially because it was so busy that day I ordered them. I \u003c3 my Warby Parker glasses, I get so many compliments on them and I always recommend people check out the store.

Exceptionally friendly customer service both in-store and on the general phone line. Modern frame designs and lots of selection but curated enough so the customer is not overwhelmed with choices. Simple and reasonable pricing.

Dec 2020, my first time visiting Warby Parker. Their online booking system was a breeze and allowed me to book for a shopping/browsing appointment vs exam only related booking. Greeted immediately and they knew my name from my booking. The associate assigned to me was very helpful and actually showed me a frame that i never would have picked out myself to even try on and i went with those frames! She listened to what i said i wanted, took my face shape and size into consideration as well as told me which frames would fit better and give optimal viewing based on the thickness if my lens. The pricepoint was very affordable and didnt take up all of my benefits so that was a bonus. They are fast with their service and had great customer service even when it came to thr fitting. I would go back again!

Had a great experience here. Joeley, who was really knowledgeable and friendly btw, helped me a find some new eyewear. The store was clean and bright and the prices were very reasonable.
