I had a great experience , the staff member that helped me out (I think was named Harlan) was really good at explaining everything to me and was incredibly friendly. Took my bike out for a test today after all the updates and it runs smoothly. Will come back when I need a tune up

Fantastic experience getting a bike that suits my needs. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I've been going to Urbane Cyclist for around 15 years for bikes (two), accessories and repairs and have always been impressed with their products and wonderful service. My most recent experience there, buying a new bike in October 2020, was as great as all of my past visits to Urbane; they're solid!

Arranged for a curbside pickup, and it went off without a hitch. The staff there (Brenden) was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Friendly staff, great communication and some neat products. I wish the virus is gone so that the shopping experience can become easier with less restrictions (also life in general). The only downside was the lack of general/basic fitting; had to visit my local repair shop to adjust the seatpost/saddle to suit me better after looking at my pedalling position outside. I'm sensitive to all sorts of measurement tweaking in order to avoid knee/back injuries. But the shop was able to swap out the seatpost to a new one so I'm quite happy. I understand that the shop can be quite busy (I know they offer a fitting service).
