Terrible Service - I purchased a new 4,000 bike here last summer. I brought it in recently because a cable broke, on a brand new bike. They bring out my bike covered in grease and I see that my frame is scratched. No apology, instead the owner of the store blamed me. I was charged full price for the work, my bike is damaged, and the owner says he gave great customer service until I complained. Get your spring tune up somewhere else. I no longer trust them with my bikes.

i suggest u read this . - so u dont get taken advantage of -- \u003e\u003e cycle path is a rip off . they con my grandmother in to buying 100 dollar petals and i will put pics up on the old petals that came with the bike i have a specialized p3 pro dirt jumper with tax 2200 and every time something went wrong with the bike the owners . of the place . are very rude . telling me im abusing the bike . i weight 120 pounds they say the reason the petals are breaking is cuz im landing wrong i dont think people like that should have a company if there that rude to people if u want bad service and lies and just over all rude service go to cycle path but the best place to go if u want all good service go to Cycle Solutions - on kingston and main .. there u will get the honest truth of the bike breaking down . i recommend it highly to go there ty for reading this note u will save alote of money
I have been a customer for years - buying about everything I need there and getting tuned up. The team has been very generous during the pandemic to children's biking needs and I thoroughly recommend I also love the upgrade bike system discounts when kids grow. It's a great loyalty program.
