I judge you based on whether you include shiso as the garnish. Well done. King Salmon is great — but it's still salmon. Hamachi is a bit fishier than ideal, but still very good. Albacore is spectacular relative to the rest of the city. Amber jack is very, very good. Chopped bluefin is so fine it loses all texture. Bluefine sashimi is excellent. Chu toro is better than otoro. Horse mackerel is good, it's still mackerel but it has a skillful place. Red Sea bream is smokey, crunchy, and sweet — definitely worth the premium over Black. Sea bass and striped jack are excellent. Excellent Tamago. But Yasu is much better. Great rolls, clearly skillfull with no filler extra rice. Packaging the soya sauce in a bag is super tidy. But why is there so little at this price point?

It's 2020, and Shunoko made it better. I ordered 3 nights in a row, and will probably order again tomorrow! While so many restaurants drop their qualities and raised their prices, Shunoko continues to deliver great food; if not, they had take a step up. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The rice is soft and fragrant. Shunoko absolutely deserves our support. Order from them!

We love to go out. Yesterday we arrived in this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a delightful time there with fine dishes and an experienced stuff and a great cook. We added this venue in our list and we shall certainly return very soon. We highly recommend.

Highly recommend the omakase. They have very fresh and good selection of fishes! The torched salmon omakase left a memorable taste still in my mouth!! Prices are reasonable and good too.
