Excellent service. Nice clean facility. I was seen on time even though they were fairly busy. Staff was very courteous also. I had two ultrasounds done here. The lab technician Almas was very professional, kind and polite.

How can people be giving this place bad reviews? They fitted us in same day for my baby even though it’s very rare for them to see newborns. The reception staff were SO great with us and our concerns. The technician was next level with our newborn - kind, patient and eased my concerns about the lump as much as she could. ;-) wonderful wonderful people! Ok

I went for an ultrasound for 1st trimester, my appointment is scheduled for 1pm. They were 20 minutes behind. It’s my turn to go in, the lady tells me to take of my jacket and Lay on the bed. She seemed like she didn’t want to be at work and was upset. She was quiet the whole time and didn’t say a word. She asked me when my period was and that’s it. Did not inform me how far along I am, when possible due date was. She put the gel on my stomach and didn’t show me the screen or tell me what she was doing. At the end she shows the screen and says this is the baby you can get the picture at the front. We’re all done now wipe yourself with this towel and opened the door. I do not recommend this place I don’t know what kind of service is this, if you don’t like your job choose another career. This is suppose to be an experience you help people go through especially if it was their first time. Doesn’t matter if it’s COVID because this is your job.

I was initially apprehensive as they have so many negative reviews. I did my sonography and mammogram here. Right from booking appointment on phone with Hilda to the tests, everything went smooth. I found the staff in person to be very courteous and friendly. The tests were done with minimal waiting time. The technicians were super patient and tried every way to make me comfortable. I highly recommend and personally will go there if the need be again. Oh, parking was easy too in Green P, just around the corner on Selby street.
