They used to be OK’ish but my latest experience was extremely unpleasant. Terrible customer service. Got a quote over the phone but I when came in to make an order was quoted almost 50% more and they refused to honour the phone quote. After calling a number of flower shops I quickly discovered that the phone quote was reasonable but in-store one was way off. Lost business, lost regular customer, got 1 star review. Was that 30 rip-off attempt really worth it? At the end got even better bouquet from a different flower shop cheaper than the phone quote.

Wanted to thank Rosedale Kennedy Flowers for putting together a beautiful flower arrangement for a friend in hospital and of all days, Christmas Eve. The arrangement was promptly delivered and exceeded my expectations especially since I ordered over the phone and had never used this shop before. I highly recommend this florist and will continue to be a customer in the future.
Incredible products, wonderful service, above and beyond anything I expected. I would recommend to anyone. Wonderful neighbourhood institution.
