Customer service is great. Gunjan was helpful and knowledgeable. She and other staff member helped me find the perfect frames to fit my face and I love the frames I ended up with. I went here for my first pair a couple years ago, and been there again for the second pair. No complaints. I like this store and I will continue to go back in the future. :)

Amazing customer experience. I got there alone thinking that It would take me years to select the right frames and actually was the opposite. Eduardo who is the manager, so relaxed and always keen to help you in any possible way as well as the rest of the staff, gave me his most honest opinion when I was trying to select 2 out the the 10 options I had on the table. This is my second time having my eye frames done with Ollie Queen and every time my expectation are exceeded. Ollie Queen works with Direct Billing if you have insurance benefits.

We had an amazing experience at this store. Once in store, we were assisted by Gunjan who was highly knowledgeable, patient and kind. She was super patient and answered any and all questions we had. I'll make sure to return to this store again..very very positive experience.

If you want to pay 250 for glasses that last 3 months - Good for you. We bought two different glasses 250 each and they both broke after 3 months. The store said there is NO warranty! Images attached here.
