I ordered spicy they sent peanut sauce. I couldn't eat at all. Also they put different stuff that I didn't order. Gross Never order again

We've been here a couple of times now and must say that this is an amazing hotpot experience. The broths are super flavorful but a little pricey. Although they do give you a two flavour split pot option that makes it a bit cheaper. The selection of food items is very extensive. The ingredients are well cut, well prepared and of high quality. While it is a tad bit more expensive than the competitors, it's well worth the extra money. This is our go to place now.
Love the food! Love the atmosphere. Only issue is pig tails have vertebrae..the pig tails we were served, metacarpals ie pig feet. Not a huge issue, but it would be great to be honest with what you're getting.
For a party of 10 ppl, I will recommend you to separate your orders into 2 groups. Their ordering rule is to serve 1 order for the whole party. If you order beef, then it comes with beef for 10 ppl. Great place to go for hot pot fans. Authentic and each person has their own pot. I love spicy food but their broth is not spicy for me. I had fun here. I will come back.
Really pleased with the customer service. We ordered a skewer combo on Uber, was supposed to be 25 skewers but we only got 17. We called in and told them. The immediately offered to send us another 25 if we just ordered a pop for delivery. Thank you for whoever was handling the Uber deliveries. Of course Uber didn’t do anything for us...
