KG group has been amazing in helping us out with any and all questions we have had. Cynthia, Krystal, and Sheikh have answered all of our questions and concerns promptly. Every request we've made been met with right away. Customer service here is simply phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond helping us out, we are very happy with the service we have received thus far. We have been living in this building for over a month now and we've enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks KG!

We have recently rented a place through KG Group and have had a really great experience thus far. We worked with Cynthia who was just awesome! She was able to answer all of our questions as well as show us multiple units so that we could get a good idea of what we wanted. She even worked with us on her day off to make sure we were taken care of. Hard to find dedication like that these days. The building is absolutely gorgeous and we look forward to our time here.

Being first-timers in Canada, we couldn't be happier to have found a home in 18 Erskine. I knew it's \the one\ as soon as I stepped into the building and saw the suites. Our leasing coordinator was very prompt and helpful, facilitating everything and enabling us to move into our suite the following week without any problems. The building is brand-new and has top-notch amenities. It's strategically located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Toronto, within walking distance to practically everything you need, from cafes (Starbucks is right across the street), restaurants, supermarkets, shops, mall, post office, banks, parks to subway. Moving in to 18 Erskine is definitely one of the best things that happened to us in 2020!

We just recently rented an apartment at 305 Roehampton ave. with KG Group and the experience so far has been amazing. I would 100% recommend KG Group. Cynthia helped me and my wife find the perfect suite to meet all our needs, and she was so helpful with all our questions. I would definitely suggest you ask for her when you drop by. I definitely recommend this company, actually, some friends came over last week and they are thinking about moving to this building since they were amazed by all the amenities and services that the building provides!

The KG Group is an amazing company that sincerely cares about their tenants. I have met both of the owners, Sam and Marvin, on separate occasions and they both took the time to welcome me to 18 Erskine and make me feel at home. Jackie and her team are very attentive and always willing to help. Any concerns, big or small, are promptly and efficiently addressed. Customer service is second to none. My experience with the KG Group has been exceptional. I was living at another KG property, the Roehampton, for 2 1/2 years prior to moving to 18 Erskine. The Roehampton is also a fantastic property. I highly recommend the KG Group to anyone that is interested in a \best in class\ rental in the city.
