I have been living at Auburn Park in London for almost a year and a half. We have very large grounds that are beautifully maintained with a beautiful pool that has a life guard on duty at all times. Maintenance is also very quick at responding to your repair requests. My building is cleaned daily by a lady named Alicia who keeps everything clean and disinfected. Thank you Alicia! I would recommend living at Auburn Park it’s a great place to live.

Just moved in, so far very accommodating staff! Brittany Holmes has been amazingly helpful. A few things like clogged skin and sticky locks but the skin was fixed quickly and locks may be fixed soon
Special thanks to Lexi introducing us to this place. She is like a Guardian Angel to us. We also like the landscape and amenities with happy squirrels and blue Jays around. Property are newly renovated, specially like the nite cyber signage we discovered recently. Great management team, pretty, kind and helpful office ladies like Lexi, Brittany and Carrie, and thank you to Mitch from main office. Kind-hearted property guardians take care of the maintenance, fast and accurate. People work here are all very helpful and friendly too. We are grateful to live here. Overall 6 stars experiences. Thumbs Up!!
We became residents of CLV group since the very first months of our arrival to Canada. My whole family was pleased with the level of professionalism, case processing speed and quality that CLV group staff posses and demonstrate during the pandemic time and the level of protection to the residents that they provide. I am happy being here as a resident.
SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I can only describe my experience here as an absolute nightmare. The ceiling leaked on and off again from April to October (when I finally moved out). The damage was so extensive that the drywall collapsed leaving a hole in the ceiling. Management did nothing but terrible patch jobs and when I took them to the landlord tenant board, brought proof that they never even attempted to repair the exterior roof until August (after 3 months of me reporting problems and having my possessions destroyed). CLV is currently in violation of a Landlord Tenant Board ruling to reimburse me for all of my possessions that were destroyed due to their negligence. Please learn from my mistake and stay away from this terrible apartment and horrific management company! They don’t care about tenants and will not hesitate to screw you over!
