Pauline who answers the phones there is totally obtuse, unhelpful, dismissive, and so bad at her job that she can’t answer simple questions. In a five minute conversation I couldn’t pry a straight answer out of her (she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing or what she’s talking about) and all it took was thirty seconds on the phone at Discount Optical to get the simple info I needed. Pauline’s bad attitude and lack of skill will keep me away from this store.
