Great store although there wasn't much to see because of COVID. Great friendly, and knowledgeable employees. Spoke to Jacob and he helped us order 2 Talons.
Fantastic customer service! Initially went in for a flat tire and was replaced within the hour. Next day went for a ride, next morning woke up to a flat. Brought the bike in and explained what happened. Then they proceeded to take a look. Found out that I had a staple in the tire which punctured the tube. They replaced the tube and I was on my way again. Thanks for the amazing service.

Called ahead to see if they had any u-locks in stock— the person on the phone told me to come on in and showed me immediately to their selection- even helped me pick out the best option. Really great customer service, I was in and out in around 5 minutes. The only thing is the price was a little hefty, but I had no issues paying for a good quality lock at a local shop!
