While tables sat empty upon my arrival, I and a large group of people has to wait for half an hour to be seated. The staff were so slow, they couldn't turn arouynd tables and clean up the many empty ones. The hostess was rude and not helpful. I finally had to point out an empty table and ask for it before I was seated. We had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get a menu, because the restauarant didn't have enough to go around. When we finally were able to order our sushi, we were disgusted by what was presented to us. A spicy tuna tempura roll came to us with poor grade tuna and was not fried enough so the batter was soggy and the roll tasted of oil. The dumplings were flavourless, and the other rolls we ordered were essentially clumps of rice with a few pieces of fish thrown in here or there. There was nothing authentic, fresh, or delicious about any of this. I would NEVER go back there again. This is a poor and pathetic excuse for a dining establishment.

Came here for mothers day dinner at 6. The dinner took 2.5 hrs for a veggie roll and chirashi. They left out the unagi in the bowl. Took 30 mins for a server to check in. definately more of a takeout than dine in Resto.
