Amazing sushi! No words can describe how tasteful the sushi is here. Great collection of classic and innovative sushi with beautifully designed dishes. A true gem in the heart of the city. No other sushi place can even come close to this. High quality, fresh, super delicious.

I really like the restaurant's design style. They make us feel like eating in a real sushi shop in Japan. The food on the plate was lovely. I like the grilled tuna the most here. It's easy to eat and my friends love it. Especially, the bottle for pouring sake is designed very subtly as the unique design of the restaurant.
Covid hasn't changed the Echo Sushi experience very much. The seating is course is limited, but the food quality is still strong. We had no problem getting a booth for a Tuesday night dinner. I had my usual and favorite, sashimi dinner. The accompanying salad and miso were of Echo's usual high quality.
They have super good quality, but they’re very slow. We almost forgot what else we had ordered while eating. All in all I recommend this restaurant. Just keep in mind, it’s better to order all you need at the beginning.
Definitely my favourite sushi restaurant! Truly amazing from the service, to the cleanliness of the restaurant to the quality of the food. Each time I've been, the fish has been incredibly fresh and my order has come quite promptly.
