In-store shopping
Just picked up my bike which was being repaired and WILL NOT be bringing my bike back to this store. Went in with a flat tire and spoke with the mechanic about some other potential repairs. After charging me 70 dollars for a new tire, 20 dollars for new break pads, 25 dollars for new break cables and 15 dollars for new grips, they also charged an additional 45 dollars for a tune up. Since I have a 1-speed bike with no gears, i asked what the tune-up entailed, and was assured it had to do with alignment, and greasing of parts, chain etc. After picking up my bike it was certainly not cleaned, no grease had been applied to the chain, and it was in the same condition i left it in. Including photos to show how dirty the bike was once I picked it up. I had also asked for the mechanic to try to help lower my seat which was stuck and they had not done this either. The 45 dollar tune-up charge, looks like nothing more than a mark-up with no value added at all. I called the store to let them know and they told me to bring it back in and they would grease up my chain for me. Isn't that what I was paying you for in the first place? Stay away.

Repairs and tuneups have a quick turnaround, sometimes within a few hours. If you have any questions, give them a quick a call and they can usually help you out.
What a great neighbourhood resource for cyclists! Was shopping around for a new bike, but in the meantime got a flat on my old bike. I took it in and as I wasn't ready to purchase a new one just yet, had them also give my old bike a tune up. Well it runs so great now, I'm just gonna hang onto it for another season. Thanks guys for the great service and saving me
These guys are no nonsense, quick and professional. They clearly know exactly what they're doing. Quickly figured out the issue with my tire and replaced the inner tube in \u003c 10 mins. My ideal service experience.
I appreciate the honesty of the staff. The bearings on my back tire of an old bike had fallen out and I was recommended not to fix it because it would be cheaper to buy a bike secondhand.
