We were struggling with bed bugs and couldn’t deal with sleeping another night with them. We decided to go with the Heat Treatment as the results were suppose to be immediate. And let me tell you it was just that! As promised all bed bugs were eliminated including eggs in a single visit. They also did a follow up visit during which they set a residual barricade for future prevention. Best part was we had to do minimal prep and didn’t have to throw out any of our expensive furniture! Really happy with the service start to finish and couldn’t recommend them enough

Called this morning, concerning possibility of bed bugs in my son's apartment. My questions and concerns were immediately answered and within a couple of hours Faraz was inspecting the apartment. He did a thorough check and did not find any. He recommended some preventative measures that we should take.It was such a relief to have Faraz look after us. Very informative, thorough and knowledgable. Also explained if any changes occur we can reach back to him. Keep up the good work!
Our 5bdrm home had a heat treatment done and the experience was a great experience because of the professionalism and responsiveness from Zach. He was able to answer all my questions (I had a ton of questions) which made me feel comfortable (especially in these covid times) with doing the treatment on our home. It took about 6 hours in total to complete the treatment. We had had signs of bedbugs due to us being unlucky I guess however it’s been 2 months and we have not experienced any more bites post the treatment. They also had a 3 month warranty so that did allow for peace of mind in case the bugs were not fully gone. We sleep in peace now .
