We engaged Provincial to investigate rattling noises in our lower attics. Vugar came and suspected that it might be a mice issue. Then we spotted a squirrel entering our attics via a roof vent. Since it was a wild animal and not a pest issue, Provincial was not able to resolve the problem. However, Vugar took the time to recommend other companies to help us and volunteered to refund us the money. Provincial provided an excellent, honest, and professional service. We will definitely recommend their service to others.
Vlad helped us to identify the entry point for where mice could the use. He covered entry point with mash. He installed in the house multiple devices. Also he installed 1 exterior station to keep the flow out of the house. I did like his attention to work. I really advise these company.
Discovered small crawling bugs in several of our beds in our home, were not sure what they were. Decided to call a pest specialist and immediately got a response back from Vugar who identified them as bed bugs. Vugar came over the same day and not only gave a free inspection but got rid of the source of the problem. Vugar was the only company that offered to do a free inspection. No other company was willing to come to our place for a free inspection and to actually deal with the issue first, they expect you to address the matters on your own and pay for the inspection. The treatment services and approach were laid out for us, which included 2 treatments. Vugar got right into the problematic areas and got rid of the bugs for us, no questions asked. Vugar gave us a quote and we set up a time to come to spray when it was convenient for us. What we really liked about Vugar is that he was friendly and made us feel that the problem was taken care of before he left. He did a primary treatment of our entire house and then scheduled a follow-up treatment in a couple of weeks. He gave us the true sense of professionalism. We contacted several companies to get quotes on our pest problem. All companies provided a quote over the phone but Vugar was the only one who offered to do a free inspection. Within a few hours, Vugar stopped at our house (on a Saturday no less) and did a thorough inspect including the use of a snake camera to look around and under the cupboards. He showed us what he found, explained how he would treat it, and then gave a competitive quote. What we really liked about Vugar is that he was friendly and did not make are hard sell. So we went with him. He did a primary treatment of our kitchen and bathrooms and then scheduled a follow-up treatment the following week. The following week he checked in with us and applied a final treatment. So here we are now, about a month and a half after treatment, and the bugs are all gone. In the future, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call Vugar again.
