I do not recommend this place. I called in to get price quote and gave me full price for 4 pieces. when i went to the store, some other sells person told me she cannot give the same price. anyways.. long story short, i bought 4 items and booked for delivery date. They did not show up nor called me on the delivery day. when i called they had technical issue and will call to reschedule in 30minutes. No one called so i called the next day, they said your delivery is scheduled in 1 hour.. and No one called to confirm this delivery day/time. I was at work... asked them to come little later then they said sorry then we have to reschedule next week. I arranged someone to be home. they came and asked my husband to help to lift dryer... WHY?? we paid for this.. then the delivery man broke our light fixture. at this point .. whatever.. i will replace it.. that day.. I turned on the stove and it does not work... i called again, and they said they will come next week at 9am. (Now i have no stove for 1 week) I waited again.. took half day off from work. no one showed u at 9am.. i called again.. then the technician came at 11am... after 2 months having issues with stove again.. I sold the house.. thank god i don't have to deal with this shiet anymore.. however I WENT THROUGH HELL with this company!!!!! They get such a bad reviews, and get friends to write fake review.. on the receipt it says if you write bad reviews your 1 year warrantee will no longer be valid. it's a JOKE!!

Not sure how they get a 4.3 average review with all the complaints listed here. Bought 5 appliances from Barcelona to upgrade an apartment and thought the one year replacement warranty was a safe bet but 4 of the 5 appliances have now broken down and needed fixing or replacing. They are friendly and seem to try but contacting them is tough, no formal ticketing process for issues, never a fast response to get a repair guy and attempted fixes didn't work. I am all for trying to keep appliances from landfill and like the idea of refurbishing them but recommend you stay away!

This is a clearance store with refurbished appliances, not a polished showroom. The salesperson was polite and attentive. I found the prices to be a bit high, especially since some of the fridges were over ten years old. Costco had a new fridge for a few hundred more so I didn't buy from here. May revisit in the future if I can't find decent deals for new appliances.

Found the salesperson to be very racist. A lot of their used appliancs make loud noises after you bring it home. Save yourself the headache later and buy somewhere else.
