Bought Valentine's Day flowers from here and had them delivered. This was the best/most positive flower delivery experience I've had. The flowers came in fantastic shape and looked wonderful, the florist did a terrific job and I will definitely be back!

I received a bouquet from a dear friend who lives in California. She sent me a huge arrangement which smelled and looked amazing upon delivery. I woke up this morning, a day after the delivery and the whole thing is dying! The spray roses are bent over, the hydrangeas are completely wilted and even the greenery is dying. The only flower that has held up are the lilies. I called them and they say that they will be replacing the whole thing. I did completely water it when it arrived but my guess is that it sat in the delivery truck too long or the oasis wasn't soaked long enough. Hydrangeas are always dicey in oasis--any good florist knows that. So I will wait for the replacement and see if they send something fresher. I hope it is so nice that I will be able to call my friend and tell her they did a great job. One star is all they get until they resolve this mess.

This flower shop is an affiliate store of Canada Flowers. I ordered a rose arrangement online from Canada Flowers for my friend’s birthday and Top Flower designers sent her a tulip arrangement instead. I was so embarrassed and upset. I had not ordered tulips. I contacted Canada Flowers to complain showing them pictures. They advised me that they contacted Top Flowers who advised them that roses were not available and that tulips were substituted. I asked them why I was not called to approve the substitution, cancel or change my order. They said the store could Not possibly call every customer. They also refused to give me the cost difference between roses and tulips. They told me the cost of of roses or tulips were the same!! 112 for tulips! This was a special birthday for a special friend. I wanted to surprise her with a rose bouquet and Top Flower Designers ruined it for me. I will NEVER use Top Flower Designers again. What you order is not what you get. They do not not value customer satisfaction.
