The staff here is incredible. They are all very knowledgeable and they work as a team to serve you. I've been a customer for years... Sometimes not the best customer.. yet each time I visit i get nothing but the best treatment and products. Never pressured and there is never a hassle. There are many other options in Timmins, but the choice for me is clear. Thanks for everything you guys do :)
This place is amazing! Best experience ever!!! Warm & friendly team that is well organized! Christy went above and beyond for me from the time I walked in the door. I love my new Optometrist, she is very friendly and answered all my questions. To my surprise the 2 new pairs of glasses I bought today were a fraction of the price of my old glasses... I still can't believe it! I would highly recommend Hakim Optical Timmins, you will not be disappointed!
I had such a wonderful experience at Hakim with David. He was extremely helpful and went over and above to ensure that I received the care I needed. I had a major issue with my new glasses because my eyes drastically changed and the prescription was much stronger but my eyes couldnt adjust. Dave spent hours with me over two visits working to resolve the issue. He even helped me pick out a nice new frame. He sat there while I tried on pretty much every pair of glasses in the store. If I could give ten stars to Dave I would! Go to Hakim. Great staff, great selection, great prices!
I've been to many optical centers in Timmins and let me tell you Hakim Optical Timmins is the best by far. The service is wonderful, the staff specially David, is so prompt and super friendly. It doesn't matter where you got your glasses they will help you with smiles no questions ask. David is so patient it doesn't matter how many time you go there for inquiry. He is there to help. That is the reason why I'm a convert.
Bought 2 pairs of glasses for my wife. Recieved one pair in about 1 week. We have been waiting almost 6 weeks now for her second pair.
Kristen was wonderful. Super thankful Edit: full disclosure, we typically went to lenscrafters in Sudbury because the building looked kind of dingy but I'm so glad we looked at reviews and took the chance to go here. Very very impressed on the selection & the customer service.
Hakim Optical Timmins was more of an experience than it was a place to get an eye exam taken and glasses made. In this community, I value a friendly atmosphere and the team at Hakim Optical certainly delivered. When you feel that you have known everyone for years, even though you just met that once, no words can describe how great this makes a client like myself feel. Dr. Christine was extremely professional and knew how to completely wow me with her exam. There were no scripted responses to my questions, and I was shown the features and benefits of the buy-up options on my lenses. Everyone knew how to have fun and be professional at the same time. It was clear that everyone at the store was busy entering information and no one was standing around being unproductive. Thank you Hakim Optical for literally helping me see the best in Timmins!!!
