I've been inside a handful of times but for those times that I have, staff is eager to help and answer whatever questions you might have, many products to chose from with fair prices. Will be getting my future pool and products from this business, gave it a 3 star as I didn't experience it's full potential.

This place is horrible, once you give these guys money, you'll never get good service out of them, The owner, is manipulative (think used car salesmen) and extremely disorganized. The guy has never once returned my calls, I bought a lifetime warranty pool from him(6,000) (Radiant pool lasted 4 years crap) he promised me he'd order me replacement parts a year ago, i still don't have them. I've had pools for 20 years. Do yourself a favor order a 1,500 pool online, the pools he sells are not made for the North (can't handle frost heaving) he pushes pools with highest markups. Buyer Beware
Got what i needed but it was a hasle... but employees seem to know what there talking about
