Great experience, Steve, Alex and Chris all have gone above and beyond to make our first hot tub purchase easy. I came in very uninformed and had no idea what the right tub would be for me and my wife, after a good conversation with Steve we chose a used Beachcomber and are thrilled with the purchase. Highly recommended. This tub is perfect and more than half price of a new one that is the same model.

As with most people, I had little to no knowledge of hot tubs. I did my best to research hot tubs on the net and visited all the leading manufacturers in Langley/Surrey. Everyone has a conflicting story to tell and each claims that their tubs are the best and all others are inferior. Meeting Steve of Hot tubs Galore was incredibly fortuitous as never having owned a hot tub, I didn't even know what I didn't know. Steve spent as much time as I needed to explain what's what in the hot tub world. Being in business myself it didn't take long to feel comfortable that Steve is a honest person, an excellent communicator, and who I wanted to do business with. As a hot tub tech he has learned over the years whats good and what's not. He helped my wife and I to pick out the perfect tub for my needs at a little more than a third of the new price. The delivery people were very professional and the tub is now up and running and we love it. I will continue to do business with Steve as he has continued to answer all my questions and inquiries post sale promptly and will provide pamphlets or point you to U tube videos for more complicated procedures. Thanks to Steve and all his Technicians for an incredible experience! Over all a great experience!
I would not recommend purchasing a hot tub from here, they are very shady. We wanted to buy a tub and the moment we said lets do it, they upped the price by 2000, changed the warranty. We decided no way to them. If they lie about price and warranty, what else do they lie about? Thats all i got to say about that

Had the best experience. Got to view all tubs available an they helped us choose the tub to suit our needs. There was no bs. All info was straight forward. The service was above and beyond. I would recommend 100%.
