We purchased our first RV during the Christmas holidays. Communications were quick and every question was answered throughly. Everyone from the sales to service were helpful and they took their time to demonstrate so we feel confident. Recreation World RV is absolutely wonderful. We were very pleased with the level of service and professionalism from the staff. We never felt pressured in buying anything. Pam was an awesome sales person! She kept us apprised of potential deals and promotions over the year and we finally purchased our first trailer after a year of contemplation. She got us in the door, and kept us there. Her down to earth way of connecting to potential customers was awesome. Jeff in finance was excellent, he looks out for your best interest without making you feel pressured. Dan was a fantastic teacher in showing us the ropes as being new travel trailer owners, he did a great job explaining how to use the various components. He assured us, “if you have any questions, gives us a call!” Leslie in parts was fantastic in assisting what we may need and never thought of, again, there was no pressure! Excellent service, able to take us in with no appointment on our road trip. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us peace of mind on our cross country trip. Dog friendly store while we waiting for our new hitch.
We did get the trailer we wanted, the sales people were helpful, and the service team were effective. The odd thing was that the owner of the business made side eye glances in our direction but never made any effort to even say hello. I don't expect a grand welcome, but if we're buying a trailer, you'd think that ownership of a small operation might even ask how we were treated or some other minor form of acknowledgement. Whatever....... it's a pandemic.
