We purchased multiple items from this Fitness Depot location. Items were delivered and set up quickly and with care. The individual that we dealt with at the store was easy to deal with - did not pressure us and showed us a number of options. He also was open about the pros and cons of each. Overall an easy experience.

Only place in town that has any fitness equipment. Much nicer staff than any other fitness equipment store . Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Although there are very long lineups, but worth it. I'm very happy with my purchase .
What a great experience! I ordered a treadmill and within a day or so it was delivered and installed at my home. I would highly recommend this Fitness Depot. Excellent customer service! I'll definitely be back.
The store has better stock than most others during the pandemic, but the customer service is atrocious, with the manager throwing insults at times (an attempt at trying to be funny... hard to tell)? The markup is also pretty bad, which has steadily increased to about 2.5 per LB for standard rubber dumbbells and rubber plates. If you can't wait then this store is essentially all that's left if you need your weights quickly, but I'd suggest either going to Kijiji for a discount or just waiting a few more months for gyms to open up again and the price of weights to drop back down to their pre-pandemic pricing of around 1 per LB.
Bought a leg weights at this locations, after two times I used them for running the material ripped off and metal particles started to come out. Of course no exchange
