I came here after school one day and they greeted me first thing coming in. The location is pretty big and clean. I noticed all the TVs with the menu on the side and top of the cash which is helpful for customers to see easily. I ordered a warm pearl milk tea with half sugar since the weather was getting chilly. The atmosphere that the workers provide is a 10/10. Welcoming, kind, and fast with the drinks and packaging. The drink itself is very good. Not too sweet and a balance of milk and tea. Would come again :)

Expensive and I personally didn't like both of the cakes (tiramisu and Earl Grey chocolate crepe cake). The texture is weird.
Worse Chatime I've ever been to. There is a limit of 5 people in store, I was the 6th person so I had to wait outside for over 20 mins then an additional 10 mins before I could order. Only 2 people working on Friday evening. When I left the store there were 8 customers inside.
Slow, no sense of urgency. The average delivery time for a sit down meal is aprox 14 mins. So the question is when someone pre-orders to avoid a wait inside, why does one have to wait more than 10 mins for something that is pre-ordered. Why offer this option if the wait is just as long as if I walked in to place an order. The purpose of a pre-order is so the items are ready for when I walk in
I've ordered this in different locations several times, and this is so far the worst one I've had. Somehow it taste sweet but watery, as if the tea is diluted so they added more condensed milk.
LOVE this location. All the staffs are super nice and welcoming. I didn’t know which drink to get since I’m a bubble tea connoisseur and wanted to try something different. They recommend me the new drinks on their new and improved menu. I ordered the peachy lychee with less ice and less sugar QQ. It was definitely refreshing. Will be a regular at this location!

Great experience! Staff was polite and asked me how my day was. The tapioca was cooked perfectly that’s the most important thing to me
