My water heater blew out the bottom on New Year's weekend. I contacted Therm-All (based on a recommendation) that Sunday, and my heater was replaced the following day (Monday) by 10am! They were fantastic! They were responsive, answering the phone and all my emails even though it was a holiday weekend. They offered a fantastic price and mobilized the install the very next day. They were professional, courteous, fast and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be using them again. I was thinking about replacing furnace/AC this spring, and now I know where to go!

They installed a new furnace from Home Depot and a new hot water tank, which they supplied. It took them just a few hours, and they removed the old furnace and returned the old hot water tank to Reliance. I'm very happy with their job.

Sunday night as the sun set I realized my furnace was not working. Monday morning I called Therm-All to inspect/repair. Turned out I needed a new one. By Tuesday at noon it was installed, running and my house was warm again! The team was professional, respectful, neat, honest, quick and efficient. I can't say thank you enough for getting our home warm and toasty again. 100% recommend!
