Prompt and professional customer service. Normally I visit for Amazon delivery with pre-printed label, it’s very convenient location just drop off the package and they take care of it in no time! Business hours for the store is also giving ample window for majority of customer. Customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this UPS store.
Ericka was awesome in helping and guiding me with the best of her abilities. She was full of energy and had a smile even though it was off hours. This UPS Store is 20 mins drive and I’ll come here every time just because of her amazing customer service. 10 stars for you, Ericka!!
This UPS store is one of the only ones in Mississauga that is open on Sundays. It is also open later than other UPS stores. It is also conveniently located in a Walmart. I had a very large and heavy package to send. I did not have a box. Aakanksha assisted me with purchasing a box and packaging the item. She was very helpful, professional & friendly. She provided world class service! This is the best UPS store I have been to. The only cons were I had to purchase tape and the box was 12.99. It was a large box but I still feel it was a bit expensive. Anyhow, still a good UPS Store. Thank you Aakanksha Keep up the good work!
I'd give this store 0 out of 5. This is the lowest customer service satisfaction level I have ever experienced with UPS stores. The owner of the store presents himself as "TOM" bragging that he is the owner of the store charging at customers with readiness to fight with customers who came to his store at Walmart to give him some business. He was definitely reported to UPS head office and they're looking into his case. He was also reported to Walmart Store and to Amazon customer service. The girl who works there is nice and polite but the store owner is setting the wrong example for Her. He was rude, hostile and sarcastic for asking a simple question about a package that was handled by his store. Very disappointing from a big company like UPS to allow such poor customer service by the owner of one of their stores especially in the Covid-19 days. I am now definitely much happier giving my business to Canada Post.
I’d give negative stars if I could! Renuka was so rude and gave so much unnecessary attitude to print a simple Receipt! Every store has a problem doing this and likes to argue. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just scan it into the system and print a receipt! Telling me that you are a “high volume store” is not an excuse. I’ve had an issue happen in the past and I do not want to ever go through the same. It’s a very simple thing to do to avoid and arguments and drama! Learn CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRAIN YOUR STAFF! And if you are the manager/ owner, GO AND LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS AND TO AVOID CONFLICTS! It is NOT rocket science!!!
One of the best Customer Service Representative I have met in a long time. Very efficient in the way she handled my shipment, I was very pleased. I arrived late and she even asked the driver to await my shipment. Conveniently located as well.
Very rude owner. Does not know how to talk to customers. Went to drop off an amazon return. Only reason I went to this location is because it closes later than the others. The lady attending to me said that they will not tape it for me and that I need to buy tape. I was surprised because every other ups store does it. Anyways she was sweet and I knew it wasn’t her rule so I did not say anything. But then the owner who was sitting turns to me and says that no other ups store does it. I said ofc they do because I have been returning things from other stores. He nodded and turned as if I was lying . Then he passes a remark saying that this is how we make money. I said I am not coming here after this and he nodded again and turned the other way. Some customer service! If there was a 0 star I would’ve given that .
