Needing to ship a package and not knowing how to ship I went into this UPS Store. The owner, Pamela greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me today. I told her I needed to ship this package to MI and did not know how to get it there safely and securely. Pamela provided me with a variety of shipping options, she was very thorough and transparent with me about the costs, the time in transit (due to the pandemic) and the documents needed to make sure it arrived to its destination. I appreciated her knowledge, kindness and her smile. This type of customer service is very rare, if there were more than 5 stars I would give them to this business. Excellent customer service, polite, friendly and thorough!

I came into the store to print confidential and time sensitive documents. Pamela, the owner, was attentive, efficient and ensured that the space I was going to be using was properly sanitized. I appreciate the variety of services this store has to offer, however what I enjoy the most is the outstanding customer service that I receive. I am always greeted by name, with a smile and asked what they can do to help me today no matter how busy they are. When I need business services, whether it be printing, shipping or faxing I go to this particular store because of their outstanding customer service.
Came to the store with zero knowledge of returning a package the the US. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and more then happy to explain how it worked and took the time to make sure everything was packaged professionally.
We use several services offered at this location and couldn't be happier with our experience, each and every time. The attention given to each customer is top notch and we always get a friendly welcome whenever we stop in. Such a friendly, warm environment with excellent service!
