I always have a great experience at this UPS Store!! Everybody that works there is so helpful and although mindful of safety protocols still managed to help me through getting papers off of my email, printed, signed and then returned to where they needed to be by return email!! I never could have figured it out on my own and the young man had endless patience and support to walk me through. (a little technically challenged!) I'm glad I chose this UPS store, I called another location only to get an answering machine, left a message about getting a box and didn't get a return call for a couple of days in reply. I'm very happy with their service, good job!
Always a line up in here. Staff do their best but just not enough of them. Would benefit from a fast drop safe box for those with prepaid packages.

I am a frequent shipper with lots of family across the country and in the US. Always get great service here. In terms of shipping times, I have never had a package that didn’t get delivered on time. Props to UPS!

The worst experience ever. Store never filled our paperwork correctly. UPS lost my package at their Concord distribution centre after showing received. After two weeks I filed a claim and because the Kanata store did not fill me as the customer UPS would not talk to me. UPS customer service said the shipper was the store and I had to deal with them. .As I did not take out insurance since the package was being returned for credit as it was defective, I never thought that after paying premium for next day delivery that I should have any concerns .End of story after a six week investigation they did not locate package which was marked as received in their distribution center, As I did not take protection insurance I am out of pocket 325.00.Never again will I use this shoddy service. Buyers be ware.
My package arrived UPS Kanata on May-8 and supposed to be delivered to me by the end of the next day. Every day after that they changed the delivery status to the next day. After a week they started to put message: Your package has been delayed due to events beyond our control. We're adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible.. They updated the message till May 15. After this date no updates at all. Today is May 18 and I still waiting. When I call UPS there no answer. Bad service.
