Because the packages sent from China have to pay customs duties, I went there twice, the first time there were two Chinese people in the counter, and the second time it was a Chinese. I’m not quite clear about their attitude towards other ethnic groups, but to me, who is also a Chinese, I refused to say a word. They just answered that they are not the same company as UPS and cannot and have no obligation to serve me. Their attitude is very poor. There was no solution after going there twice, I don't want to see them again. In addition, UPS management is really messy.
Nice store. Friendly staff. I’ve never had any issues there. Sometimes long line up but over all great service and super friendly people who appreciate customers
Drivers in this region will just drop your parcel off in the hallway of your apartment building and then don't bother to even knock on the door. Parcels from UPS are almost always ripped open in the corner to see inside the package. Sketchy. Avoid this service in the HRM/CPW area
