Just like everyone else has said. The man at the post office desk is the grumpiest most rude man I have ever met. They have had my package forever and refuse to give it to me because I don't have a drivers license. He just pushes me away. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! The woman is very nice and always finds other ways to verify my identity.

Hoping to leave zero stars. Keep in mind I’m a student that is just renting a house here for school so I don’t have ID that would match the address I’m living at. Had a similar experience to another reviewer here. Canada post tells me they tried to deliver my package from eBay and that they left a notice as to where I can pick it up, yet I got no notice and no one even rang the doorbell. Turns out I had to pay duty fees on the package so I pay that and Canada post sent me an email saying to bring this as proof for my purchase. I go to pick up the package from this store the next day and show the lady in the store my proof of payment which she doesn’t bother to scan in order to confirm I’m the correct recipient. She asks for my government ID so I show her my drivers licence as proof but she says it needs to match the address in London, which I don’t have because I’m a student just renting here. She refuses to give me the package because I don’t have government ID with the address. Finally I show her the eBay purchase and she accepts that... since when is eBay government ID proof. She goes on about doing it correctly and then accepts proof that according to Canada post would be consider invalid. So petty and ridiculous. Would never have happened if they actually came to my door in the first place. Would avoid this post office at all costs. Much better ones in the area. Hope they can improve upon this
Do NOT use Purolator delivery service! They are absolutely disgusting! The customer service on the phone repeated humiliating me for not having a buzz code while i requested her to ask the driver to leave a note at the building gate. She said the driver cannot leave a note at the building door it must be at the unit door. So it's a dead loop the driver cannot buzz nor leave a note. As a result she said they can't deliver the package and have to return to the sender. Also it took one week to be delivered from Oakville to London. That's absolutely disgrace.. Please use Canada Post or other swrvices and Avoid Purolator!!!!!
