Very professional and respectful family run UPS store. I have had a mailbox here for two years now and they are always extremely helpful and friendly every time I pick up large packages or check my mailbox for mail. I highly recommend them and bet they are the best run UPS store in Greater Victoria.

Got here at 6:24 pm, rushed if from work. But looks like their opening hours are hot and miss. Rushed it for nothing.
The couple who run this UPS Store are very friendly and helpful. I’ve had a mailbox at this location for several years, and I am always greeted with smiles whenever I stop by to pick up mail or parcels. I haven’t used many of the other services available, but on those occasions when I’ve needed to send something, they have taken the time to find the best option. There is actually another UPS Store closer to where I live, but I’m happy to go a little out of my way to come here.
From the moment I walked through the front door Nahid and her family provided me with outstanding customer service. I had a rather complicated shipment going to the Northwest Territories. They took care of all the details and it was in these details that I saw their care and attention to ensuring my items would arrive safely at their destination. I highly recommend them!
