Whoever was working today provided quick and very low contact service for a package drop off.
I ordered a package with expedited shipping in September here. I had to jump through probably ten hoops of phone calls and get ID'd three times. I'm not opposed to this as I think it's better to be safe then sorry but my most recent experience has put me over the edge. I ordered a package on Tuesday and payed for faster shipping, the store decided to ship with UPS, the delivery date was set for Thursday as it was only coming from a neighboring city. It didn't arrive Thursday although saying that it was in London. Today being Friday I would presume that it would be delivered. Instead a different package was delivered for my mother by UPS which makes me question why the two weren't delivered together and then I received an email saying that my package will be delivered on Tuesday the following week. Absolutely repugnant service. Don't bother calling them for any information as you can only get automated messages.
I was at UPS yesterday with my friend , we went down to get a print out done . Unfortunately my friend could not access the file on his phone so we asked the employee if we could borrow/use the computer just to check in what went wrong and verify with our documents. To this she answered us saying we will have to pay 10 for just accessing the computer.. for real ?? We were in a hurry so we had to get it done , she in-fact did clear the tabs ,but was standing just right next to us as if we were going to hack something or steal something from there ... I honestly did not even feel like talking to her thereafter. She was ignoring her customer just to see what we were up to . I mean common if you have charged a customer 10 for 5 min , Least you could do is give them some privacy .
Extremely inefficient. Took 30 minutes to ship one item. The owner will read all of your information aloud to the entire store Line-up outside the door. Would not recommend this location.
