Dropped off a package in the morning for one day delivery to the USA and clarified with the women working the front counter about the time when the packages are picked up and was told by 2:30. The shipping label was already paid for so all it had to be was scanned and picked up. Tried to contact UPS regarding tracking and they can't tell me anything because the tracking number has not updated and says it has not been picked up by UPS. Not impressed considering I paid for express saver which guaranteed delivery in one business day. Because they did not scan the package, it will now be delayed over the weekend.

This is the worst UPS. The people working here have absolutely no idea what they're doing and make basic things very frustrating. I would recommend going to another location. It isn't worth your time.
I didn't think I could be frustrated with a company more than Canada Post, but UPS has been proving me wrong. Twice now I've asked to have packages delivered to the UPS store and I get confirmations that it has done then, but then my packages still get delivered to my landlords door. At least this time it got brought to the back door like I had requested, but what's the point of asking to bring it to the ups store if they aren't going to? I even called customer service and she confirmed it was at the store and it was not. So frustrating.
Not sure what all the negative reviews here are about, but here's my 2 cents. They were perfectly happy to have me mail, quite literally, an entire apartment worth of belongings to their store when I moved here from Ottawa. Didn't even bat an eye, and were super helpful when I arrived in making sure I had time to grab it all in one day. I also had to get a bunch of documents printed, on multiple days, for job interviews, and they always multitasked so they could get my documents printed and continue assisting the other customers at the same time. Only downside is they have pretty short Sunday hours, at least during Covid, but that's a nitpick, really.
Requested a return for a package being held. We're now into day 6 of the 1-2 day SLA for UPS to take action on the return request. This isn't the first time this has happened. Customer support recommends \Waiting\. The last time this happened the package sat for 2 MONTHS waiting to return. Finally I paid to have it \Picked up\ as a new shipment. This went out that day. What a joke.
