The customer service here is great. I mistakenly forgot to ask for tapioca in my order. I assumed the drinks all contained tapioca and didn't realize when asked if I wanted a topping they were talking about that. I figured it was something like strawberry sauce or whipped cream or something. They gave me the tapioca without charging me. I asked if I needed to pay more and they told me no. The next time around, I offered to pay more for the tapioca I received for free the previous time and they told me not to worry about it still. They were also able to custom order something for my daughter. I didn't want to give her any of the caffeine options and they accommodated my request without any issues.

So much original choice to choose from! I took a classic milk tea with tapioca and matcha boba with very light sugar. I strongly recommend this place. Viva Boba!!! Look at all those pearls (oh yeah its kinda hard to find you need to go to the second floor its next to the winners)
My favourite bubble tea place! Price is reasonable but quality is off the charts! Best tapioca.:) I like the environmental quality with straws, straw wrap, lid and cup. So happy to come back every time:)
Classic black milk tea was amazing, barista was very nice!
The cheese foam on top of my tea came out lumpy and clumped up. It was not a pleasant experience.

I had the Ceylon Black Milk tea today and it was great! I could taste the tea so not sure why others are suggesting otherwise. I appreciate that they use fresh milk unlike most bubble tea shops. So glad you opened in the South Core. You will be my go-to for bubble tea shop from now on.
