Did not know about this shop until I missed out on a local kijiji listing and the seller told me I could grab the same guitar new at this place. So I emailed the store regarding the Ibanez Prestige in question and got a prompt response from Ryan who proceeded to answer all my questions. Given the lockdown I couldn't actually see the guitar but he assured me it was pristine and smooth. Took his word for it and ordered it online and then picked it up via curbside the same day. Guitar was fantastic as described and the customer attention was excellent. Will do business here again.

Ordered a PRS custom 22 online. Ryan answered all my questions quickly. Ordering was easy. Guitar arrived today. Fast shipment, well packed guitar. Guitar looked exactly like the pictures (and in tune!) Plays and sounds great and was at a great price. Even though I'm on the other side of the country I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again. Check out their \See Ya Later\ section. That's where I found my guitar. Tons of selection. I can see why other reviewers call this the best guitar store in the GTA.
I could say a lot but I will take it easy! this is my second PRS guitar that I buy here! I am from Quebec and PRS are rarer to find at a good price! at TGS guitars are top of the range! the service is amazing! Ryan works hard to deliver the perfect customer experience! responds quickly to the message and does not hesitate to go to the front to satisfy people! i buy here hassle-free and trust 100% the guitar arrived well packaged, and very well adjusted!
