Visited the shop on Dec 4 - I believe a lady named "Sukey" served me. I wanted to test out the scent for 5 of the birthday month scented hand cream. Sukey swabbed the 6 scents for me to try on cotton swabs (covid protocol) - she was super patient, and also recommended the popular 'June' scent. I told her that I had to try out the scent because I was making xmas loot bags for my friends. When I was done paying, she offered me 5 additional bags so I can individually pack my loot bags. Sukey was super helpful. Not to mention I am a huge fan of Innisfree products before they even launched in Toronto!

I used to really like going to this location. The Korean lady, I think she’s the manager, is really nice friendly and helpful. Then I started to refrain from going to this location when they hired this older Chinese woman with short hair and glasses. I dislike sales people who are complete know-it-alls when they’re wrong. I advised her I can only use oil free products on my skin because I have oily acne prone skin but she proceeded to hard sell me these brightening and anti aging creams. She said to me “there’s no such thing as an oil free product. Every product has oil in it. You can use this cream, even I use it and I don’t get oily.” Seriously she needs to do research before she opens her mouth. Just because a product works for you doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. She hard sells you every product to the point where I broke out in sweat trying to get away from her. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Did not have a pleasant shopping experience.
I recently found out the Pacific mall location closed down which was upsetting since that was my go to location, specifically because of an unprofessional employee i interacted with at the Markville location 3 months ago. I was first greeted by a younger employee, in the middle of me explaining the products i used, we were rudely interrupted by an older lady with glasses. I told her what my skin care routine is and she insisted that it was completely wrong but i told her multiple times that it worked for me. She forced 2 other new expensive products that i did not feel comfortable trying (the brand whoo) and told me i had to listen to her. She also told me pacific mall didn't carry this and that it is better then what i'm currently using (therapy). At that point i didn't feel comfortable and told her i would think about it, i didn't end up purchasing anything. As i left i looked back and noticed she looked very angry and annoyed while talking to her co-worker, i assumed she was talking about me...
Service is fine. I feel overwhelmed when I walk in the store though. There are so many different products, which is great because they offer a huge selection, but I feel like having several different products that all pretty much serve the same purpose tends to make things overly complicated. Like I just want to know which one is the best. It would also be nice if I got to take small samples home because I don't always want to wash my face or moisturize my face when I am out. It's of no fault of this particular store but I think that's how all locations operate.
My go-to skincare and beauty store. Love their moisturizers, eyebrow pencils, and face washes! Employees always helpful and friendly... Don't really know their products and sales too well, though. They do give me samples everytime. Online was having a sale, and they couldn't help me with the products. Always find what I need!
I really like the chai toner and emulsion! I always come back for that. But last time I bought a V face mask. The quality are really bad! I want to exchange it, but the employee's attitude shows disrespectful and anger! she said that I'm the one who broke the mask, so it's my responsibility. I end up throwing away the mask, because the quality are SUPER horrible! The employee wears a glasses, a short hair old Chinese women! I will never come back again! Do not buy their V face mask!!! I warn you!
