I see practitioner James Tsui and have great things to say about his professional conduct and his care. I was a little apprehensive when going to acupuncture for the fist time last year, but the kind and caring staff put my mind to rest while James listened to my complaints and administered acupuncture efficiently. And not just the acupuncture, but the council on what I could be doing in day to day life to help my situation is very valuable to me. Also, the herbal tea remedies seem to be helping quite a bit. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Lai and his clinic staff changed our lives and we just wanted to share our story. My husband and I had always wanted children, but after fivel years and four miscarriages, I still couldn’t conceive. Desperate and exhausted, I first went to see Sherman when I was 34. I can still remember him saying “We will find a way to your rebuild strength. We will make this happen together.” It was probably the first time a doctor ever really listened to me. After several treatments, I started feeling healthier and healthier, and stronger. And after six months of herbal treatment and acupuncture, I missed my period for the first time in two years. I couldn’t believe what was happening. But after five home pregnancy tests (I know!) and a doctor’s visit, it was true -I was really pregnant! Today we have two beautiful children, a 17-year old son and a 11-year-old daughter. We just wanted to thank you, Sherman and your staff, for always taking your time with us, and for reigniting the hope that we almost lost. We really can't thank you enough
