My family has been utilizing these services with Michelle Watt and Sandy Longworth for 10 years. This is the first appointment my spouse has missed with Sandy and just today we received the following message via text, "Too many missed appointments with Michelle and I in the past. We have clients in pain, begging for appointments. Our time and help is too valuable. You obviously do not value our work. We are not interested in your business any longer. We appreciate your understanding" Furthermore, we received a follow-up text, " We are not rude, we are not being taken advantage of any longer our time is precious." This comes as a surprise, giving that Sandy followed up 45mins after the appointment was supposed to begin. In addition, I don’t recall there was never any previous indication that a missed appointment would result in terminating this long-standing relationship. People make mistakes and appointments get missed. Service providers are there to provide a service and understand when life gets in the way. With the interruption of non-essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for this type of service has never been more necessary. In my line of work, the constant understanding of a changing schedule and environment is how the business thrives and how we keep customers/clients happy. When they are happy, they return for more business and provide referrals. I'm absolutely astonished/floored at the tone from a long-standing professional relationship with Sandy and Michelle. However, I wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

I have known Sandy for a good number of years and would not let anyone else look after me regarding my health. To me, she is the best. She gives her all to all of her clients. I would recommend her services to anyone who needs help with their health. Kudos to you Sandy, you are the best.
