Andrew and Dave are Diamonds!!!!!! These two people exude such high level of customer service almost mortally impossible! They are great! I had purchased one of Nikon’s newest beasts - the recently released Z-series and ran into a situation where I thought I would be needing to change the camera, turns out I didn’t need to! And it’s all thanks to Andrew’s excellent customer service and Dave’s patience and guidance! This situation here is highly summarized but these two people are exceptional and the way they went about explaining the features to me and giving me recommendations on what to do to get the best out of this gorgeous Z body - was just remarkable and outstanding! An asset to any business! These two deserve all the accolades! Thank you so much Andrew and Dave for how you continuously, patiently and gladly help us customers navigate our difficulties to become better shooters! As a self taught photographer - I cannot put a value on the little tips and advice I get here and there from these two! I shall certainly be purchasing more from the camera store as these folks are just a delight to deal with! Thanks a lot guys! You rock!

PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!! I can't recommend The Camera Store enough. They have an incredible team filled with dedicated staff who will work magic to come up with solutions for your needs. Whatever tech problem you may have I'm sure they'll come up with a solution. They have an amazing inventory of products, great sales, passionate/resourceful/informative staff, great equipment, and everything you may need. I will also say that Gary and Jeff are the absolute best! Can't praise the work that they did when it came to my audio requests. They walked me through it, tested out the equipment to make sure it worked (and I knew how to use it), and continued to connect with additional support, resources, and tips! Blown away with every aspect of this business! Forget all the other companies... go to The Camera Store! (I don't write many reviews but this company is worth it!)
I bought a rode PSA1 (a boom to hold microphones on desks) from this store for much cheaper than was available on Amazon. When I installed it, there was an issue with the spring being too stiff causing the arm to always revert to 180 degrees. I sent an e-mail to the store and they replied back with a thread that included a really easy fix, I just had to tighten a screw. They replied back the next day, on a weekend.
I purchased a high end pair of binoculars from here due mainly to their knowledge of the products. Great Decision
When asked for recommendations on cam shotgun, the salesman purposefully tossed out all the kits, including a RODE NTG5 location kit. A bit inpatient and insincere. Otherwise great selections of equipment that you’d find in a camera store.
