This is the worst service I have ever received from a retail store. I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress for 2,000 at the Brick Mattress Store in Bolton. The original price was 4,000 which was reduced to 2,000 because I was told that it was a prior year's model. Within 4 months, the mattress TOP's material stretched to the point of bunching up a couple of inches in the area of the mattress where the body rests. The invoice indicated that the manufacturer's warranty still applies even with the discount but when I applied for a claim on the mattress warranty, Simmons Canada refused to honor the warranty because they said that since the price was discounted the mattress is sold \as is\. I visited the Brick Store in Bolton and they again confirmed verbally that the manufacturer's warranty applies as indicated on the Brick's invoice. However, that is where their service stopped. This is a dishonest way of dealing with customers. I have no way of sorting this issue with Simmons Canada but the Brick Mattress Store could have sorted this out with Simmons if they wanted to assist me and \honor their own invoice\. I do not recommend dealing with this store and I will never consider a Simmons Mattress again. The 2,000 mattress could not be used after 6 months as the mattress material stretched so badly that it interfered with a good night sleep.

My wife and I went into the Brick Mattress store and we were helped by Sherry. We were both extremely happy with her service and product knowledge. Sherry took the time to find out what our exact sleep needs were, and she never seemed hurried or impatient. There was a small problem when the mattress was delivered and, once again, Sherry came through. Sherry resolved the issue quickly and with no hassle whatsoever. We are extremely happy with the mattresses that we purchased and with the service we received. I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for a mattress.
