We had a very positive customer service experience with representative Carmela here. We were trying to get ahold of a patio set, but had been told by other locations that it wasn't available... I called this location yesterday and Carmella went out of her way to try to help us. She ended up calling me back a day later, with the good news that she had managed to secure a set for us. We were very excited and picked up our set today. The set looks to be very well constructed and we are very happy. The set quality aside, I was mostly writing this review to recommend the customer service here, especially by Carmela. I was seriously impressed with how on-top of things she is, how quickly she answers the phone, and how helpful, friendly, and professional she is - in general. We are very pleased with our purchase experience from The Brick. This in contrast with Lowe's, from which we had an absolute *horrible* customer service experience. I would definently recommend this store to others, and especially Carmela! Thanks again, Carmela!

So Me and my friend went to this brick store yesterday and met Mr. Othman Asad, who happens to be very pleasant and professional. He toured us through all the mattress and explained everything we need to know and more. We went to the store just to take a glance and ended up buying two mattresses and many bed accessories along with it with the help Of Mr. Othman. Thank you. Me and my friend are very delighted with his service and will definitely get back for more shopping. The mattress no doubt is the best of its kind and we love it.
