amazing Bubble Tea store with excellent service!!! Every time I visit, Staffs are super nice, friendly and they make sure to get your order right! You just need to ask them what you are not sure and they are willing to take time to explain. Although I've had a couple mishaps, every time they have been super polite and ensured I was happy with my order ️️️. People leaving negative feedback, I don't know what your expectations from a bubble tea store compared to a fancy restaurant or luxury stores but from my point of view , This store is truly a great place, the people are friendly and their tea is lovely. These all depends to the management which I don't see from other stores I visited ️️

The best bubble tea place I go to. The store is very big with lots of spot for photos, great decor with music playing. Service is fast and staffs are friendly even when it is rush and busy. I always go here to get apple of my eye, very refreshing drink( they use honey instead of sugar ).
Visited for the first time and I didn't know what to pick because they have a huge menu with abundant options. I like drinking strong tea and the guy was very friendly and kind recommended me to try iron goddess tea which I can adjust the sugar level. I personally don't like things that are too sweat and this feature is the best!!! Found out his name is Henry and he also asked me to sign up for Alley app so I can collect points and they also have special event coming up. I will definitely come back to try another drinks . I like how the look of the store and the staff is very friendly (which is important when there is a long line and you are there for the first time trying to figure it out :)
I always get Royal 9 milk tea, it is my best one, their tapioca had always been soft and sweet. I tried many bubble tea shops and this is my personal favourite one. The ingredients are very fresh, friendly and fast service. Convenient located in the mall, very popular and busy place, so be prepared to wait in line for a bit, but it's worth it !

Best bubble tea place with lots of drinks available Staffs are friendly and store is nice. Love the crunchy tiramisu, it tasted so good with coffee base, creamy and tapioca. One of my favourite one
I fell for the cute aesthetics but never again. I can make better milk tea on my first try. Tastes like I'm drinking straight milk, barely any tea or any flavour in there. The syrup has a weird taste. Got the No. 1 Deerioca. Just go to Coco's it's 1000% better!
best place to get brown sugar tapioca. I have to give 5 stars because of the customer service, staffs are super friendly. I ordered 10 deerioca fever, the guy saw me struggling with all my shopping bag and he offered to help me carry the drinks to my car that was super nice. love to coming back again
