Well that car place seems like a simple name but it's an extraordinary place it's like first of all before I say anything check out their website check out what they're about see all the Awards and plaques they have everything here and I'm pretty sure if they don't have your car they can find it for you and I drove all the way from Hamilton to pick up my new vehicle, it's not just any dealership it's actually an honest business and yeah here's a picture of me and my new 300s w/ beats by Dre audio system n panoramic moon roof. Oh and by the way someone somewhere I'm not going to mention any names but a dealership in Mississauga priced me for the exact same car with tax and everything at about 5000 more then I paid at that car place thanks guys in cheers I'll be coming back whenever I need a quality used vehicle you guys are the best thank you so much.
Had nothing but issues with this place. Two days after we drove the car off the lot, the air conditioning went in the vehicle. We were told if anything happened within the first two weeks of purchasing that the dealership would cover the cost. Well, we phoned and phoned and phoned and no one would return our phone call, until after two weeks had past since we drove the car off the lot. Leaving us to cover the cost. Just over a year later and the alternator went on our vehicle (even though they just replaced it when we purchased the car, so it is suppose to be covered under warranty for up to two years) We are now on week three of no returned phone call from the company regarding the warranty. Any time we get through we are told the service manager can't be reached or they can't locate our file. NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. They are slimy.
This auto dealership is the best ,not only in London but also in Ontario. My family dealing with That Car Place for more than 17 years.They have a good and variety inventory. The owner is a proffitional mechanic and his staff are sales experts & friendly , such as the office manager and the sales manager.
What a great bunch of guys. Ali and Jeff are fantastic to deal with. Got a VW for my daughter. Delivered when promised in better condition than we could have hoped for. Great place!
